For me Landmine University is realy the bridge between strength, functional and weigthlifting training. When I was under thirty I was always into weights, I loved lifting heavy but when I got older I started to feel pain so I changed my training into more functional less weights more TRX, kettlebells, medicine balls etc. However I always felt like I am missing something in my training and Landmine University weightlifting was that something. Now I feel like my training is heavy enough, functional and great to build solid explosive strength without pain. Proud to be part of the team and making future.
